TOS

Rent a Fairytale rents fairytales based upon Rules and Regulations termed here upon as TOS.  All Clients and people present at the parties or events must obey the following :

 

1- Fairytales are independent Contractors who work at their own hours and hired to perform a service.  They need to be respected at all times weather performing or not.

 

2- Fairytales may leave the party without Notice if they feel treatened, disrespected or feel in any danger.

 

3- Rent a fairytale is not responsible for the actions of clients or any person attending and present at the clients party or event.

 

4- Rent a fairytale will abide by all laws of the state of California and any City Rules and Regulations.

 

5- Rent a Fairytale is not responsible for any damages, loss, theft occuring at your party, caused by anyone.
